Pressure Seal Swing Check Valve

A high pressure swing check valve is incredibly strong to withstand high pressures and prevent fluid from flowing backward. It operates by following the differential pressure principle such that, when the upstream pressure is greater than the downstream pressure, the valve disc opens and allows fluid to flow through. This process moves the disk upward using the pressure energy to create a clear path for fluid flow. As long as the suction pressure remains high, the fluid keeps flowing through the high pressure check valve. Conversely, when the pressure decreases or the pump is out of service, the disk returns to its seat position to prevent backflow. Ultimately, the pressure seal swing check valve is an incredibly durable valve designed to ensure efficient fluid flow while preventing any undesired backflow.
